In addition to our personal clients Eric Woodward has been architect for Michael Davis Construction Inc. since 1994. Eric has designed over 34 homes for Michael from Southampton to East Hampton; many for specific clients and others built for sale. This work can be viewed at the Michael Davis web site: www.michaeldavis.com.
Eric Woodward worked with Eugene Futterman Architect from 1981 to 1987. Gene was architect to more than a hundred homes from Westhampton to Montauk with designs ranging from “contemporary barn vernacular” to shingle style revival. Eric took over the firm upon Gene’s death in 1987. His creative energy was a great inspiration. Eric maintains the archive of Gene Futterman’s work.
Eric’s grandfather, John Muller, and uncle, and Peter Paul Muller were both architects practicing in New York City and Bridgehampton New York. Eric has the drawing files of John Muller and some of Peter Paul Muller’s older work. Pamela Pospisil Architect was successor to Peter Paul Muller.
